The founder
A career built on numbers and on people.
Lilian Oyama founded LOJ Solution on a simple belief: people deserve to understand their taxes, not just get them done.
Her path began with a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Calabar in Nigeria, where she learned to respect every number on a page. It continued through a career in human services in the United States, where she earned a Bachelor of Social Work and a Certificate in Gerontology from Seton Hall University, and a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University-Newark.
That combination is the heart of LOJ Solution. The finance background brings discipline and precision. The social work training brings patience, respect, and the kind of listening that catches what a form alone would miss. For more than ten years, Lilian has prepared tax returns for individuals, families, students, and small business owners.
Today, LOJ Solution is a founder-led practice based in New Jersey that welcomes multi-state returns. Every client works directly with Lilian, from the first conversation to the final review.
